It was 1972 or 73. I was given 2 tickets to see Shirley Bassey in Concert, I wasn't a fan but I went along. Wow! How could someone sound better than a recording, she raised the roof, this was my first visit to the Royal Albert Hall and the best venue to see any artist perform, The Hall will always hold a special place for me.
