In December 2016, my wife and I sailed on the Queen Mary 2 from New York to Southampton. During our three days in London, prior to travelling on to Italy to visit friends, we attended a performance of Handel's Messiah at the Royal Albert Hall. What a perfect way to begin the holiday season and enjoy the absolutely marvelous production of this classic!
