Dancing at the RAH

Lloyd Sethill

Unforgettable experience

One of the greatest thrills of my life was dancing at the RAH when I was 11, in 1970. Our teacher, Mrs Pyman, who taught us country dancing at Redbridge Junior School entered us for a competition. I wanted to become a dancer after that. Unfortunately I had no talent whatsoever, and no idea why she chose me for the group, but still get a thrill every time I go to the RAH.
