First visit

As a student in the mid-70s, my first ever visit was  to see Jose Feliciano. We had very high seats which gave us a clear clear view of the stage behind him. Unbelievably he was actually singing "Come on Baby Light my Fire" when we could see a little smoke coming from one of the plug sockets right behind him....he could obviously smell it and said "Something's burning in here" ....it was dealt with very quickly .....technology has moved on quite a lot since then !

Each of my subsequent visits over the years have been so memorable for different reasons. It's a really special place with a wonderful atmosphere
