This was a memorable concert for me in two ways.
Firstly, I was 19 and had become big fan of Dylan so loved every minute there, although the famous second half (electric) set did baffle me at the time. I have since come to enjoy the way Dylan drove ahead with the new direction in delivering his music.
My second memory was being in the bar early before the show began and seeing Mick Jagger and, I think, Keith Richards there chatting. The friend I was with was smoking and after a while Jagger came over to us and asked him for a light. Bizarre, at a Dylan concert and a Stone hasn't got a light for his ciggy.
Great memories and I still have the programme!
